Tubonimi specializes in helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues drawing from a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
